Global provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing services Capgemini has entered a partnership with US technology provider MATRIXX Software to provide Communications Services Providers (CSPs) with control of data services across their mobile networks.

Under the agreement, the MATRIXX Charging Engine is set to allow CSPs to transform raw usage data into actionable information as well as process usage across pre and postpaid retail consumers, enterprises, channels and ecosystem partners. Thus, network traffic is transformed into information about customer behaviour, Over the Top1 (OTT) usage patterns, machine to machine traffic profiles, subscriber spending, service uptake and profitability.

MATRIXX Software services enable an operational cost structure for online charging and subscriber policy management allowing service providers to monetize products, services and content in real-time.
