Fundtech, Microsoft roll out SEPA Integration Suite Monday 14 September 2009 | 07:34 AM CET

US provider of financial software products and services Fundtech has teamed up with Microsoft's Financial Services Group to launch the SEPA Integration Suite, a joint suite of service-oriented architecture services that adds SEPA transaction processing to a bank's existing payments infrastructure.

The SEPA Integration Suite thus allows banks to add transaction processing capabilities for both SEPA Credit Transfers (SCT) and SEPA Direct Debits (SDD). The added SEPA-complaint features are set to allow corporate clients to send a single stream of payments, in various formats, to a centralized payment service, streamlining their accounts payable operations and enhancing multi-country cash management visibility.

The SEPA Integration Suite is built entirely on the Microsoft platform, supports multi-country deployments and includes mandate management functionalities.

Fundtech provides financial services companies with payments systems that include wire transfers, ACH origination, cross-border payments and remittance. The company also operates a SWIFT service bureau and provides financial supply chain applications including electronic invoice presentment and supply chain financing.
