Global payment services company TSYS has inked a contract with US payment services provider Pivotal Payments as its main partner and will provide the latter with authorization, settlement and dispute resolution services.

As part of the deal, Pivotal Payments will leverage TSYS’ payment service to enable the capture of additional market share.

Pivotal Payments provides merchant services, including credit and debit card processing, electronic cheque conversion, merchant cash-advance programs, loyalty/gift card programs and terminal management services.

In recent news, Pivotal Payments has opened a new contact centre in Saint John, New Brunswick.
