Bluefin Payment Systems introduces PayConex Platform for Salesforce

Wednesday 30 October 2013 10:17 CET | News

Bluefin Payment Systems, a provider of payment gateway services, has introduced the PayConex Platform for Sales force on the AppExchange.

PayConex for Salesforce enables users to add electronic payments, including debit and credit card processing, to their Salesforce account. Users will have access to integrated, cloud-based payment processing and security features.

With the addition of an encrypted keypad/magstripe reader, the app can be used to process Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) transactions. Cardholder data is encrypted in the reader and decrypted on Bluefin’s PayConex Platform. Since the reader can be used for both key entered and swiped data, this enables the solution to function as a Card Present (retail) point of sale terminal, meaning that users can “swipe” a transaction into Salesforce and qualify at card-present rates.

Bluefin Payment Systems is a provider of payment technologies to integrated software vendors (ISVs), SaaS providers and major US and Canadian merchants.

In recent news, Bluefin Payment Systems has rolled out the QuickSwipe mobile payments Software Development Kit (SDK) for Apple’s iOS mobile operating system suitable for use with iPhones and iPads.
