DEWA launches Auto Pay service with Citibank

Financial services provider Citibank has partnered Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) to enable the latter to activate a new Auto Pay service.

The facility will allow Citibank customers to use its online channels pay their DEWA bills by automatically transferring funds from the customer to DEWA.

In addition to the Auto Pay service, DEWA currently provides a range of payment methods for its customers including the traditional Customer Service Centres ENOC and EPPCO petrol stations, Emirates Post offices, Etisalat Public Payment machines, SMS payment service mPay after registering at www.mpay.dubai.ae, DEWA s smart applications for (IPhone, IPad, BlackBerry, Android, Windows7, BlackBerry Playbook, Microsoft Windows Mobile8, Microsoft Windows8 and Samsung Smart TVs), as well as paying online through DEWA s e-gate www.dewa.gov.ae.
