Monday 17 October 2011 13:36 CET | News

MeridianLink, a US-based application service provider, has teamed up with PayPal to offer new funding for online XpressAccounts.

Following this agreement, all banks or credit unions that are currently using the MeridianLink XpressAccounts system via their websites will also be able to use PayPal as a funding option.

The MeridianLink platform includes XpressAccounts, meant to handle account opening and funding, and LoansPQ, a loan management system, which streamlines every aspect of the lending process.

MeridianLink has developed a multi-channel account opening and a loan origination platform.

In recent news, PayPal has also joined forces with BancVue to offer its clients the peer-to-peer money transfer technology.
