The Realex Payments module allows customers to checkout by using saved cards, while the merchant remains PCI compliant. The module also upgrades the merchant back-office experience by using the logging features of the Ampersand Commerce Integration Framework. With this framework, every request sent and received by the Realex Payments module is logged with all pertinent data, granting merchants powerful debugging tools. This level of logging allows merchants to inspect the data being sent back and forth during the payment process, eliminating cases where an order fails without any further information about when or why.
