Virtual Piggy, Payelp partner for e-commerce, business development platform

US-based technology provider Virtual Piggy has entered into an agreement with Payelp Global, an e-commerce and online payments platform, for payments technology to be integrated into e-commerce and business development platform.

Payelp Global is an e-commerce and business development platform, currently used by companies such as Valve, Riot Games, Skype, Apple iTunes and PayPal. Their payment service is available in 74 countries on 300 different payment gateways. Virtual Piggy will integrate directly into the Payelp framework.

Virtual Piggy is a COPPA-compliant payment technology designed to allow retailers and game publishers to reach under 18 consumers. The technology serves as a family wallet that is available online or via mobile. Virtual Piggy promotes financial management while empowering youth under 18 to make purchasing, saving and other money management decisions for themselves, within a parental controlled environment.

In recent news, Virtual Piggy has entered into an agreement with US fraud-fighting technology developer Kount to upgrade the fraud-detection and control features in its family payment system.
