Thursday 30 August 2012 09:34 CET | News

Online payments startup WePay has introduced a new button which allows merchants to accept payments on their own websites without requiring them to write any code or redirect their customers.

The newly added button features a series of capabilities including:
• no programming – clients can accept payments with WePay;
• no redirect – the checkout process take place on the client’s website;
• in addition to making payments, consumers can sell multiple items and raise money online

WePay currently offers a range of payment products which are mostly aimed at the small and medium sized online businesses. The company’s tools currently focus on four use cases: selling products online, selling tickets, accepting donations and sending bills to request payments. Merchants can use WePay’s tools to set up online stores and embed them on their own websites.
