The partnership with Infosys is part of Bancolombia’s ongoing transformation project to enhance its technology platform. As part of this initiative, the bank is set to employ the Finacle core banking suite in order to consolidate its technology platforms across different functions and geographies. Thus, the bank will use Finacle to transition part of its branch services using the internet in a bid to lower its costs and increase the availability of its banking services.
