BNY Mellon rolls out enhanced version of iDeal Forex

Global financial services company BNY Mellon has released an enhanced version of iDeal Forex, a web-based application for cross-border foreign exchange (FX) payments.

The service includes such functionalities as the initiation and authorization of cross-border payments, currency conversion via real-time FX rates as well as maintenance of payment instructions used for payments.

Developed using Adobe Flex technology, the new version of iDeal Forex features an enhanced workflow for creating and submitting FX payment requests, redesigned reporting module that organizes frequently-run reports and a new e-mail notification option.
