As part of the deal, the service will manage ArmBusinessBank’s card products, ATM network, authorization switching, billing, card production, fraud prevention, loyalty programs and merchant management. Additionally, SmartVista will allow the bank to introduce new products and upgrade the management of its ATM and merchant networks. The bank has also revealed plans to introduce a card strategy including new credit and debit card products.
BPC will also install SmartGuard, its fraud prevention service and SmartLoyalty, a loyalty application. SmartVista is a single integrated service developed by BPC Banking Technologies and used for transaction processing and card management. The company’s customer base includes retail banks across five continents.
