Harland Financial Solutions, Vantiv to expand payments offering

Harland Financial Solutions, a software services provider, has entered a partnership with Vantiv, a provider of payment strategies and technology for financial institutions and businesses worldwide, to expand its current line of electronic funds transfer (EFT) products and services.

As a result, Harland Financial Solutions’ expanded line of EFT products now includes credit card, ATM and debit processing, merchant services, rewards and fraud prevention. Added servicing capabilities include pre-paid and gift cards, card personalization, debit PIN processing through the Vantiv-owned Jeanie network, cardholder eServices and more.

In addition, Harland Financial Solutions has also inked a contract with email billing technology company Transactis, to expand its bill payment capabilities. Harland Financial Solutions currently delivers Cavion Bill Pay as part of its Cavion suite of self-service solutions.

The addition of the biller direct eBill Presentment & Payment offering enables financial institutions to support their small- to mid-size business customers enabling them to transform paper-based bills, payments and marketing into ACH, debit and credit card transactions. eBill Presentment & Payment is designed for both B2C and B2B applications and includes a series of features for B2B such as daily accounts receivables reconciliation and invoice dispute management. For B2C applications, features include push-billing, biller branding and flexible recurring payment options.

Harland Financial Solutions is a subsidiary of Harland Clarke Holdings which also owns Harland Clarke and Scantron.
