USAT’s ePort cashless payment system is supported by its ePort Connect service, a suite of cashless payment, telemetry and consumer engagement services. ePort Connect enables self-service terminals to accept credit, debit, contactless cards and other cashless forms of payment, handles elements of transaction processing and allows customers to monitor and manage their terminals online.
USA Technologies has 100,000 M2M connections to their ePort Connect service. The company provides small-ticket, wireless, non-cash transaction services to businesses and industries including kiosks, hospitality, digital imaging and the vending machine industry.
In recent news, USA Technologies (USAT) has entered an agreement with Isis, a US mobile commerce joint venture created by AT&T, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless, to roll out vending machines in Austin and Salt Lake City for mobile payment acceptance powered by USAT’s NFC-enabled ePort technology and ePort Connect service.
