OpusCapita is set to focus on the Nordics and the rest of Europe. Itella will focus on postal services in Finland and on providing logistics services, particularly in Finland and Russia. The new OpusCapita remains part of Itella Group.
In recent news, Itella Corporation has signed a letter of intent in terms of selling Logia Software Oy, a subsidiary owned by Itella, to Logia Softwares management, Managing Director Markku Kokko and Business Unit Manager Seppo Marjamäki. The aim is to finalize the transaction later in the fall 2013.
