Under the terms of the deal, SmartVista will be deployed as a switch running on the HP platform interfacing to PT ARTAJASA’s current switching environment, BASE24 Classic. Additionally, PT ARTAJASA will use SmartVista’s point-of -sale (POS) acquisition and management capabilities, as well in support of its m-commerce strategies.
BPC Banking Technologies will implement its SmartSwitch and SmartATM solutions, part of the SmartVista suite of e-payments products. SmartSwitch is a routing and authorization engine which in conjunction with SmartATM will support transaction processing and ATM network service and monitoring. BPC will also implement its fraud management solution SmartGuard.
SmartVista is a single integrated service developed by BPC Banking Technologies and used for transaction processing and card management. The company’s customer base includes retail banks across five continents. With more than 122 branches Hattha delivers a range of financial services across Cambodia, including loans and deposits. PT ARTAJASA supports more than 37.000 ATMs, 63 million bank cardholders and more than 70 banks across Indonesia.
