Acquirer Systems receives D-PAS qualification for ASTREX

Thursday 14 June 2012 10:54 CET | News

Acquirer Systems, an Irish provider of software services to the payment card industry, has received D-PAS qualification for ASTREX, its acquirer and issuer host testing platform.

D-PAS, which is Diners Club International’s EMV-compliant payment specification, is being rolled out internationally and provides issuers, acquirers, merchants and cardholders security capabilities. ASTREX now supports the deployment of D-PAS and allows issuers, acquirers and payment service providers to simulate, test and validate the range of payment transactions for card-scheme EMV compliance.

Acquirer Systems was founded in 1997 and currently has more than 80 installations across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. In recent news, Acquirer Systems has opened a North American business unit to support its customers across the US and Canada.
