allpay awarded MasterCard accreditation

UK payments services provider allpay has been awarded MasterCard accreditation, a certification which allows it to manufacture, chip implant, personalise and market MasterCard chip and PIN card products.

In order to achieve the Logical Security and Card Quality Management phases of accreditation, allpay has made investments worth GBP 2 million in equipment and infrastructure technology. Additionally, the payments company has also achieved ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance.

The MasterCard accreditations is part of allpay’s strategy to move into UK the chip and PIN card manufacturing and personalisation market by attracting small to medium scheme issuers. allpay has been a magnetic stripe payment cards manufacturer since 1996.
