As a result of the agreement, small, medium and large merchants using Barclaycard’s payment acquiring services will be able to accept payments from Discover, Diners Club International and Discover Network partners cardholders worldwide.
Barclaycard will add acceptance of Discover Network and Diners Club International’s cards as a standard to its payments processing services portfolio starting early 2015.
In recent news, Dutch digital security company Gemalto has entered an agreement with Barclaycard to provide the migration of Barclaycard Germany’s portfolio representing more than 40 credit and in addition three debit products.
