Bell ID rolls out EMV Token Manager service

Netherlands-based smart token management services provider Bell ID has rolled out its EMV Token Manager service.

The newly-introduced offering is an online service which is set to handle the management of any type or combination of EMV token deployment, including contact, contactless and dual interface cards. In addition, the Bell ID EMV Token Manager service is also set to support contactless applications in NFC-enabled mobile phones.

The Bell ID service is based on the company’s ANDiS4EMV smart card management system and is set to handle the entire lifecycles of an EMV token. The offering is compliant to several standards, such as EMV, Payment Card Industry (PCI) and GlobalPlatform, thus enabling clients to implement certified services.

Bell ID activates in the field of smart card and token management services and its technology handles 125 million tokens globally across the finance, identity and mobile sectors.

In recent news, Bell ID has extended its presence in the Middle East by opening a new office in Bahrain.
