Citi’s Retail Partner cards are set to provide consumer and commercial credit card products and services, including private label credit cards, for national and regional retailers across the US.

While Citi’s business services are set to serve close to 90 million accounts, the managed assets are expected to total approximately USD 44 billion.

Sears Holdings’ retail brands include North America-based home appliance retailer Sears, the Kmart chain of department stores and Lands’ End, a US-based online apparel retailer.
