Contis Group has purchased GTP Financial Services with a full e-money license in a bid to expand its services in the card payment market. Contis Group’s provides online banking and prepaid card services which include white label open loop cards, closed loop prepaid cards and account cards aimed at global banking and retail brands. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
