Datacard Group, In-Solutions team up for card issuance services

US-based ID and card personalisation services company Datacard Group has entered an agreement with In-Solutions Global Private Limited (In-Solutions), a third-party service and solutions provider for electronic payments in the Indian banking industry, to implement its MX1100 card issuance system at a financial institution in India for an in-house central card issuance setup.

The bank is set to use the MX1100 system to produce and personalize cards with specifications for various payments schemes including Visa and MasterCard, as well as the RuPay card. In addition, the MX1100 system’s module configuration includes magstripe and dual chip encoding, front graphics and photo printing, topcoat, embossing and indenting.

In recent news, US-based financial institution Service Credit Union has selected Datacard Group for the latter’s Datacard CardWizard issuance software to provide instant-issue EMV smart cards to its military members.
