Under the deal, DCS is set to implement a card program for Glacier Bancorp that instantly issues unembossed Visa debit cards at branch level. Initially, Glacier Bancorp plans to roll out DCS’ CardWizard software and FCP 20/20 unembossed card printers to two of its banks — Mountain West Bank, which has 24 branches, and Glacier Bank, with 15 branches.
Utilizing DCS’ technology, Mountain West Bank and Glacier Bank will be able to provide new and existing customers with the ability to walk into the branch and receive an unembossed personalized Visa debit card in a matter of minutes. The card can then be immediately used when once the cardholders leave the branch.
