As part of the agreement, easycash has created a gift card solution that customers can use to pay for their gas purchases at JET gas stations located in Austria.
JET Tankstellen Austria is using this new prepaid solution, which features gift cards with a bank card design, as a replacement for its previous paper vouchers. Customers can top up the cards with a value of their choice and the cards can also be reused. easycash Loyalty Solutions systems are used for the authorization and processing of payments, while the reporting function available for all transactions enables them to be transferred to the companys financial accounting department. As a closed-loop solution, the cards can be used at JET gas stations all over Austria. Cardholders can view the balance of their prepaid JET cards on the website jet-tankstellen.at whenever they want.
In recent news, easycash has extended its partnership with retailer Dirk Rossmann. Under the new agreement, the drugstore chain will be relying on the e-money institution for card acceptance services for OLV (online direct debit), MasterCard and Visa acquiring, as well as the processing of American Express transactions.
