The MerchantWARE suite of services is based on MagneSafe, a digital identification and authentication application that provides encryption and secure tokenization via its MagnePrint card authentication feature that identifies counterfeit credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, ATM cards and ID cards.
MagTek supports several of its MagneSafe secured products with the MerchantWARE SECR service and MerchantWARE Mobile, mobile payment applications for the Blackberry, Google, Android and Windows Mobile smartphones. In addition, MagTek has made available iDynamo, a card reader authenticator created for the iPhone/iPod Touch which is set to be compatible with MerchantWARE Mobile for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
