US-based mobile and alternative payment services provider mPayy has expanded its payments network through the addition of prepaid debit card capabilities.

With the new functionalities, mPayy members will be able to load funds as well as fund payments via the mPayy network, using their prepaid debit cards. The mPayy network supports e-commerce payments via multiple online checkout models, mobile commerce via the mobile web, the iPhone and Android applications, bill payment via mobile invoices and email invoices as well as contactless payments offered via cards and RFID (radio-frequency identification) stickers.

mPayy is an online and mobile payment platform enabling merchant and bill payment processing for businesses. In January 2010, mPayy introduced the mPayy Mobile Payments application from the iTunes store for download to iPhones and iPod Touches.
