NETS introduces NETS EFTPOS payment in car parks

Monday 26 March 2012 11:41 CET | News

Electronic payments services provider Network for Electronic Transfers Singapore (NETS) has introduced its NETS EFTPOS payment service in car parks.

The newly introduced NETS EFTPOS payment option will only be available if there are insufficient funds on the NETS CashCard to pay the parking fees. Motorists just have to insert their NETS bank ATM card and key their PIN to top-up their NETS CashCard or pay the parking fee.

NETS is working with car park payment services providers to enable this system at selected car parks. It is currently being piloted at the Church of the Sacred Heart car park located at Tank Road.

NETS offers a range of payment and financial processing services for financial institutions, merchants and consumers across terminals, wireless, internet and mobile platforms.
