nFinanSe releases mobile customer service app for prepaid cards

US prepaid card services provider nFinanSe has released a mobile customer service app for the reloadable prepaid card industry.

The new nFinanSe app is expected to enable cardholders to access their accounts directly from their smartphones or other mobile devices, as well as contact customer service or request a return call.

nFinanSe provides stored value and prepaid card products through the nFinanSe Network, a platform that connects with retail merchants and other value load stations located throughout the US. In October 2010, the company has rolled out its $3 Visa and Discover Reloadable Prepaid Debit Card.
