Sysnet Global Solutions acquires Panoptic Security

The acquisition of Panoptic will enable Sysnet to expand its presence into the US market.

PCI-DSS is a payment card security standard that evaluates payment account data security by assessing the company’s network architecture, software design, security policies, procedures and protective practices. The PCI requirements have been developed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes American Express, Discover, JCB International, MasterCard and Visa.

US-based Panoptic Security is a provider of PCI DSS compliance validation software and services for small and mid-size merchants, ISOs, acquiring banks and credit card processors. Sysnet Global Solutions provides payment card industry compliance services, specialising in PCI DSS compliance validation and merchant intelligence solutions. The company offers a suite of services which range from its web based compliance management and merchant intelligence solution SysnetAIR to a wide variety of businesses including acquirers, ISOs, international banks, payment service providers and merchants.
