The hiten card incorporates chip and PIN security, can be used for shopping online, sending money to family members and for cash withdrawal at ATMs across 210 countries, enabling cardholders to monitor their finances on the internet, by phone or text.
Under the terms of the agreement between the two parties, White Eagles programme management unit Eagle Prepaid is also set to take part in the initiative, providing technical support for the card programme. Via the company`s platform, cardholders can get their PINs via an interactive voice recognition service, activate their card and check their balance. Customers also have the possibility to lock or unlock their cards by sending an SMS via their mobile phones.
