China’s national airline company Air China has selected global payment services provider CyberSource to provide payment gateway and fraud management services for its international sales and service hotline.

Air China has launched its international sales and service hotline in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the Philippines. The launch has been supported by CyberSource’s international payment gateway and risk management services. The 800 hotline number, using Air China’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment services, supported by CyberSource’s solutions, will also be rolled out gradually in four other markets such as Taiwan, UAE, Thailand and India.

CyberSource’s payment gateway and payment security services enable cross-border transactions in multiple payment types, currencies and transaction environments. Banks, merchants and third-party service providers are using CyberSource technology to capitalize on the growth of e-commerce in China and around the region to expand their business.

CyberSource provides payment management services which enable enterprise and mid-size merchants to transact sales domestically and globally via internet, mobile, call center and face-to-face sales channels.
