Under the terms of the deal, ARXs CoSign digital signature enables B2C businesses to proof the identities of their customers online via RSA’s knowledge-based Identity Verification service. The combined capability is set to provide businesses with a way to secure online transactions for their consumers by enrolling them for signature credentials and then signing electronic transactions over the internet with standard digital signatures.
The service also provides enterprises with a proof of signer identity and intent and offers transaction integrity over the life of a contract or record.
ARX’s CoSign digital signature service is set to automate approvals in a compliant manner, enabling companies to go paperless and expedite business processes. CoSign is integrated with Microsoft SharePoint and other DM/ECM services.
