The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has updated its mobile banking app to support a facial authentication feature integrated in Apple’s new iPhone X.

Customers can now use secure fingerprint logins on the CommBank app. The integration is part of an ongoing work to enhance the customer’s banking experience.

Earlier in September 2017, the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) partnered with Nuance to introduce voice biometrics at call centers to authenticate customers across all services.
