Thursday 19 September 2013 14:04 CET | News

Foregenix, a UK-based digital forensics company, has rolled out an online security service dubbed Foregenix Threat Alert (FTA) to raise awareness of the importance of online data security.

FTAlert.com allows businesses without IT security capabilities in-house to monitor web traffic and payment systems, alerting on unusual behaviour or potential attacks. This cloud-based software provides the security monitoring and alerting required by the PCI DSS for all websites accepting credit and debit card transactions.

Foregenix provides services in a range of areas including PCI Account Data Discovery/Cardholder Data Scanning, PCI DSS, PA-DSS, Forensic Investigations, Security Consulting, Penetration Testing and Security Software Development. ControlScan provides third-party verification and services to identify and measure security, privacy, quality, accessibility and compliance risks.

In recent news, US-based PCI compliance services provider ControlScan and Foregenix have entered a strategic alliance to deliver technology solutions to acquiring banks and merchant service providers working with small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
