Imperva, ThreatMetrix to add device identification, fraud malware detection to ThreatRadar

The Imperva SecureSphere Web Application Firewall (WAF) interoperates with ThreatMetrix TrustDefender to provide security features for high-risk transactions, new account origination and online authentication. By integrating with ThreatMetrix TrustDefender to validate identity and device information and to detect high-risk transactions, ThreatRadar Fraud Prevention enables organizations to detect fraudulent users and helps prevent fake accounts and logins.

In addition, SecureSpheres integration with ThreatMetrix TrustDefender and its existing support for Trusteer Pinpoint enables organizations to manage and correlate fraud detection from multiple fraud security vendors and combine fraud detection with WAF security policies. Imperva SecureSphere adds a feature for web application security by delivering multiple anti-fraud services together, providing a single framework to configure, monitor and boost fraud protection.
