US-based provider of online fraud prevention technology iovation is to present online gaming fraud prevention strategies at an upcoming conference which is to be held in March 2011.

iovation’s representative will reveal strategies for identifying high-risk transactions in order to prevent financial fraud, money laundering, fraudulent deposits, player collusion, bonus abuse and account takeover.

iovation provides online fraud and abuse management services for online retail and social networks, financial services and online gaming. The company powers ReputationManager 360, a risk mitigation service designed to protect online businesses through the identification of unique devices and assessment of transaction risk. Risk assessments are performed without collecting personally identifiable information (PII).

In 2010, more than 60 online betting clients reported and shared 350,000 fraud attempts via iovation’s ReputationManager 360 service.

The strategies will be presented at the Caribbean Gaming Conference which will take place at the Sans Souci Ports Convention Center on 3 and 4 March 2011.
