Ironton Global selects ReDs fraud prevention service ReD Shield

Ironton Global, a provider of wholesale, B2B and B2C cloud-based communication services, has selected ReD, a global provider of fraud prevention and payment services, for its fraud prevention service ReD Shield, to support the company’s new prepaid international calling platform Telzy.

Under the terms of the deal, Telzy will rely on ReD Shield’s fraud protection services to protect the company from VoIP hackers and the risks associated with stolen credit cards.

The Telzy international calling e-commerce platform encompasses a web console and also Android and IOS mobile applications, in order to deliver international calls. The service can be used on any landline or mobile device and provides a social experience enabling system login, sharing and reviews.

ReD Shield protects payment transactions that are accepted over the internet, via mail order, telephone order or through interactive TV by constantly monitoring and analysing card activity across the globe.

ReD delivers its payment fraud prevention and payment processing services to international clients ranging from global telecommunications to retail, travel, petroleum, banking and the e-commerce sectors. The company has offices in the UK, US, China, Australia and South Africa.
