As a priority, the company will take part in the GlobalPlatform compliance program. The program, through its established testing infrastructure and qualified test tool providers and laboratories, seeks to ensure the advancement and maintenance of an interoperable, sustainable and trusted end-to-end environment for managing applications on secure chip technology.
As a Participating Member, TÜV SÜD Japan will also engage in GlobalPlatform’s market-specific task force initiatives and has chosen to contribute to all aspects of GlobalPlatform’s Card Committee; assisting in defining neutral specifications for the deployment and management of multiple applications on secure chip technology.
