Yoti has announced a series of statements regarding the launch of a new deployment, a new product, and a new look.

Scotland’s Improvement Service has chosen Yoti for username and password-free identity proofing and user verification for its myaccount feature, which provides digital access to online public services. This means that citizens of Scotland can use Improvement Service myaccount in order to pay council tax, request parking permits, and to pay for school meals.

Moreover, Yoti has also launched its Yoti Sign e-signature platform, which allows businesses to share documents in a secure way. The company lists real estate, government, recruitment, legal, and insurance as industries. The platform provides them with one-click email authentication of full biometric authentication. Documents can be accessed and signed through multiple devices, all popular browsers and operating systems. Data is protected as Yoti Sign e-signatures are legally binding, admissible in court, and compliant with EIDAS regulations. It also creates an audit trail, and includes a bulk send feature for up to 1,000 recipients, features for multiple signees, automatic reminders, and real-time status updates.

At the same time, the home screen of the Yoti app has been redesigned, and more choices have been added with the aim to allow easy access to different features. One of them is a ‘Discover’ tab that provides information on different uses for Yoti, as well as new products and partnerships.
