The Ariba e-Archive service is set to be delivered as part of the Ariba Invoice Management suite, as an optional cloud-based offering powered by Logica. The service is expected to work for short or long-term digital archiving and on-line retrieval of e-invoices and associated documents, such as e-signatures and digital certificates.
With the new offering, companies are expected to be able to address compliance requirements for invoice storage across Europe, handle large volumes of documents, as well as set keywords to search for documents using multiple criteria.
