Citi initiates migration to electronic statements in Asia Pacific

The Treasury and Trade Solutions division of Citigroups Global Transaction Services (GTS) has launched the first phase of its Electronic Statements migration in Asia Pacific.

The phased launch of Electronic Statements in Asia Pacific aims to eliminate mailed statements, expand processing and enhance fraud prevention and security for the bank’s clients in this region. Following the migration to Electronic Statements, Citi clients will be sent account statements in secure email form and/or via Citis online banking platform CitiDirect Online Banking.

The deployment of Electronic Statements is set to be completed by the end of November 2009.
