Corcentrics OneConnect EDI solution available for distributors using DMS System

Wednesday 21 December 2011 11:28 CET | News

US provider of Accounts Payable (AP) automation services Corcentric has integrated its OneConnect EDI solution with Qwik-Link e-Commerce Supplier EDI service from DMS Systems, a US supplier of integrated e-commerce services.

Under the agreement, Qwik-Link offers XML EDI connectivity to automotive parts manufacturers and wholesalers, allowing for the electronic exchange of purchase orders, purchase order acknowledgements, ASNs and invoices.

Corcentric’s OneConnect technology requires a one-time integration, with one format for all document exchanges for all trading partners. Those already using the AAIA standards, including Super Spec, do not require additional steps for set up. For those who are not able to send documents in an industry standard, OneConnect will map to the existing capabilities/file format(s) whether it is an EDI, XML, or Flat File, and then format data feeds into the proper file format for specific trading partners or system providers.

In September 2011, Corcentric entered an agreement with Canadian communications company Bell to automate the processing of supplier invoices for the latter’s vehicle fleet.
