Descartes acquires Compudata

Descartes, global logistics technology provider, has acquired Compudata, a Switzerland-based B2B supply chain integration and e-invoicing provider for USD 17.9 million.

Under the terms of the deal, Compudata is set to bring its customers to the Descartes’ Global Logistic Network.

In November 2011, Descartes has acquired InterCommIT, a Netherlands-based provider of business-to-business (B2B) integration-as-a-service. The purchase price for the acquisition was USD 13.8 million (EUR 10.1 million).
