Esker rolls out SaaS offering to automate electronic and paper invoice delivery

Tuesday 3 November 2009 10:47 CET | News

US-based document process automation company Esker has released a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering aiming to allow enterprises to automate customer invoice delivery without modifying customer delivery format preferences.

The new service comes to complement the existing Esker on Demand offering by allowing companies to benefit from invoice automation while simultaneously allowing their customers to continue receiving invoices in their preferred format, whether via mail, fax or as electronic invoices.

Integrating directly with invoicing applications, the Esker solution provides companies with a means to automate delivery and archiving of invoices by giving customers access to a portal where invoices are exchanged and stored. Customers can choose their preferred delivery format and receive invoices by mail, fax or e-invoices (automatically signed and time-stamped before being archived and delivered to the customer by email with attachment or web portal).
