First State Bank of Bedias selects IBT, SeerGate for small business payments service

US-based financial institution First State Bank of Bedias has launched SeerGate’s eLockNet System, a banking payments platform for electronic transactions and invoicing integrated to the Integrated Bank Technology (IBT) core and payments platform. IBT is a US provider of core processing and imaging software applications for financial institutions.

The eLockNet System is set to allow financial institutions to create direct payment and invoicing connectivity among individuals and businesses performing online and mobile-based transactions. The eLockNet offering is a centralized deployment platform which is set to enable transactions through social network communities including small business payments collection, mobile transactions capabilities and direct billing functionality.

IBT specializes in channel integration software applications and alerts Its applications include the I2Core (Core Processing), I2Teller (Image Teller) and I2RDC (Remote Deposit Capture) services.

In February 2010 , IBT has teamed up with payment services provider SeerGate to deploy the latter’s Secured Lock System, a secure system for interactive, real-time online banking transactions, to provide an interbank payment and invoicing solution for its portfolio of clients.
