With the new features, Fiserv is expected to enable users to schedule payments for the next business day and access 24 months’ worth of their payment history online. In addition, the enhanced CheckFree RXP service is set to include a Quick Start Page option, which enables a set-up process for consumers who have never paid a bill online.
Fiserv’s CheckFree RXP online bill payment offering is currently deployed by 3,000 financial institutions. Fiserv has 16,000 customers worldwide, including banks, credit unions, thrifts, mortgage lenders, leasing companies, brokerage and investment firms.
In a recent development, US-based financial services provider Liberty Bank has entered an agreement with Fiserv to implement the latter’s Premier bank platform to process accounts in an in-house environment.
