Fiserv rolls out eMessaging Service bill distribution channel

Thursday 20 August 2009 09:41 CET | News

US financial services technology provider Fiserv has launched its eMessaging Service, an offering which enables billing organizations to communicate legal disclosures, regulatory updates and service-related information via e-mail directly to customers who have elected to go paperless and receive bills electronically.

Fiserv has designed its new eMessaging Service to complement its eBill Distribution online bill delivery network as well as Biller Direct HV hosted EBPP service. Thus, messages sent via the eMessaging Service allow billers to add branding and personalisation with individual names, hyperlinks, logos and graphics, and thus extend their brand and maintain consistent communication with consumers.

The eMessaging Service targets various types of billing organizations, specifically credit card companies, utility and energy providers, telecommunication services, mortgage and lending companies as well as insurance providers.
