Under the terms of the deal, Genpact is expected to take ownership of Akritiv Technologies’ proprietary technology platform and software as a service (SaaS) services for OTC functions, such as credit and accounts receivable management.
Akritiv’s e-billing services are expected to be available directly to companies as well as be offered as business process as a service (BPaaS) integrated with Genpact’s existing OTC portfolio of services.
Financial terms of the acquisition are yet to be disclosed.
