Under the terms of the deal, Premier has implemented the GHX Procurement Suite offering, which is set to centralize contract information with procurement data. The service is expected to integrate with materials management and enterprise resource planning systems used by hospitals.
In addition, Premier is expected to use the GHX Procurement Suite product in conjunction with the Premier Supply Chain Advisor and OnDemand AP offerings.
Premier is an alliance of over 2,500 US hospitals and 72,000 other healthcare sites.
